The Design Data Warehouse contains the schedule of furniture requirements as stated in Building Regulations, Part M Volume 1: Dwellings Appendix D and the Metric Handbook.

 

Click the button to open the warehouse in the current session of Revit.

 

The Warehouse contains a Plan and 3D views - simply toggle between them to view the data.

Also provided is a Help view with transfer instructions and revisions.

 

 

Each furniture item has been integrated into the schedule, so the required data is instantly available.

 

Plan views of these elements contain an ‘A’ symbol that indicates the item is to the approved schedule size.

 

To transfer required items from the Warehouse file to your model simply use copy / paste or preferably the Transfer Loadable Families tool provided.
