Transfer one or more View Templates between projects.

 

Prior to running the tool ensure you have the source and target RVT files open in the same Autodesk® Revit® session.

 

From the open source file select the Transfer View Templates button to open the dialogue, and pick the required View Templates as shown below:

 

Click OK to transfer and a report pop up will appear to show you the results as shown:

 

Click OK to close the dialogue and return to Revit.

 

If the name of the View Template already exists, it will inform you and add an automatic suffix to the imported template.
